Hello all I was just wondering if you could have 2 Default gateways, using static routes? If so what would you do just enter the ip default route command twice? Also will the router auto detect if one of those routes goes down and pass traffic only to the active interface. I know you can do load balancing with routing protocols, but it seems to me that if you were on a stub, why would you want to run a routing protocol? I'm interested in this because of a post a while back. Any info would be helpful.
