Paul, the list owner and operator, was working on a problem with the GroupStudy email system most of yesterday. It appears that it has been fixed. To answer your first question, there are actually several participants that act as moderators but we don't have any control over the actual operation of the system. Paul is the owner/operator and is also who we should thank for GroupStudy even being in existence.
