Or the super-normal way is to have a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI) from an authorized Cisco Networking Academy with both on-line curriculum and textbooks with a plethora of routers, switches, hubs, modems, isdn/pots/t1 simulators, test equipment and numerous lab experiments. :)
