you can accomplish many of the things you're looking for, the trick is to have the correct IOS image. if your routers only has a basic IP image you might not be able to do some of these functions. the other thing to conssider is the amount of memory you have to implement everything using verion 12, you'll basically need 16MB of flash and 8-16MB of DRAM.
