Most of the articles that I created or devoted a large amount of work to at Wikipedia were vandalized at one time or another by inept neophytes, stalker puppets, adminstrative vandals, or a combination of all three, all bent on exercising long-running personal vendettas. Working from the archived copies I eventually imported pre-vandalized versions of many of these to Wikinfo, and those are the ones that I will import to Citizendium when I can. In some cases I was able to go back and repair the copies at Wikipedia, the Charles Sanders Peirce article being one of these, and so the differences in such cases are fewer. In other cases I could not. I will elaborate on the details of this experience at a later time, if it becomes important to do so, but for the moment I would prefer to work on continuing to improve the articles with which I am most familiar. I will send a note to the tools list later, but if any tech teamers are reading this, the main technical problems that I see with getting a clean copy at present are these: (1) implementing the various templates, (2) deciding what to do about categories and interwikis, and (3) implementing the LaTeX facilities for mathematical formulas.
