Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Detroit , MI Duration : 1 Year Contract *Required Skills :* *Candidate must have minimum of 3 years experience with Software Development Methodology with w/Agile and 2 years Web Services.* *Job Description:* Work with project manager to design business solutions develop application requirements and assist in testing and implementation of new or upgraded applications. Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience including documentation of business and functional software and hardware requirements and features following industry standard acceptance criteria. Experience with Agile software development methodology. Strong facilitation of meetings and events with customers and project team members to elicit requirements and or drive out design details. Experience with standard requirement change processes. Documentation of requirement and feature metrics. Working closely with customers to gain requirement feature approval. Minimum 2 years modeling experience including process models activity diagrams UML models and process flows. Highly motivated self starter with ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Ability to work on several projects at a time. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Prefer IIBA member. Key responsibilities include collaboration with business analysts testers project managers, developers, end users on requirement and feature development. Work closely with stakeholders. Clear concise and accurate documentation of business and functional requirements.
