*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** Looking for EAD ,GC and Citizen Senior Siebel Configuration Management Location : Richmond VA Duration : 6+Months Contract Responsible for the application configuration and integration of all components across the entire Siebel Enterprises. This individual will manage the Siebel CRM application developers and provide ongoing day-to-day operation support for production applications. They will provide hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manage customer relationships. They will also be heavily involved in business case development & performance measurement. This is a hands-on delivery role. Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements, leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business. Leads efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products. Owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams as necessary. Develops and owns list of final enhancements. Develops and defines application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written. Performs technical design reviews and code reviews. Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan. Responsible for delivery of application technology solutions and data information planning effort. Coordinates and manages on-call support and owns the system monitoring process. Reviews and monitors initiatives for end to end impact and coordination. Participates in review and decision making for enterprise solutions. Additional Job Description Details Provide technical expertise on opportunities to improve performance and productivity through a variety of integration solutions and technologies (EIM, EAI, SQL and eScript). - Responsible for the system design, integration between Siebel and various internal and external systems for reconciliation of campaign related expenses, send out campaign lists, import depromotion lists and send feedback to various SFA’s and vendors - Responsible for leveraging and enhancing methodology. - Manage the Siebel implementation process by coordinating business personnel and technical personnel to assure successful implementations of Siebel applications. - Develop presentations to convey commitments to the quality and success of its implementation projects. - Manage new requirements in the existing Configuration. - Manage the configuration change formats, best practices Configure the new policies changes in the marketing leads/campaign area - Siebel Configuration management - Managing the job flow, new processes, departments, and roles mapping - Develop the user requirement, test and deploy the changes in the production - Verifies design and development performed by team members and make sure they adhere to Siebel development standards to ensure steady upgrade path. - Provide input into Business requirements to develop technical and functional specifications within time and cost constraints - Provide input into Business requirements to develop technical and functional specifications within time and cost constraints. - Generate proposals and implementation plans. - Work with Oracle and Teradata DBA’s to resolve database related issues in Support of OBIEE and Siebel Marketing. - Own and maintain functional and technical design documentation.
