Contribute with ideas and solutions for the logical and physical design of the Data warehouse. Attend planning and status meetings with team members, system administrators, and/or clients/end-users to understand project requirements Proactively contribute with ideas and solutions. Take lead role in developing new and existing data integration projects Create complex ETL jobs Create technical specification for future releases Takes leadership role in resolving data integration errors/variances when needed. Investigates user concerns regarding ETL process integrity.* *Experience 5+ years of Data Warehousing experience. Extensive experience with databases and data architecture is a must. Three years healthcare related experience and knowledge of healthcare data/systems preferred. Superior problem solving skills, the ability to work independently, and great communication skills are required. Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, IBM DataStage is a must.
