Title:   Linux developer with MAC

Location:  Salt lake city, UT

Length:  long term



Responsibilities :



Help with design and architecture of Mac products

•Employ test driven development techniques to write solid code

•Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment that iterates and
evolves rapidly

•Quickly understand requirements and come up with a solution proposal

•Write excellent design and functional documents

•Communicate design and architecture to cross functional teams

•May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders



Required Skills and Experience:



•6 or more years of professional software development experience

•Proven ability to build clean, crisp, highly usable Mac applications

•More than 3 years of experience building Mac OS X software on Intel
platform

•Strong knowledge in Objective C , Cocoa, Core OS and Core services

•Experience in file management, inter-process communication and security
framework

•Be familiar with Apple Mac user experience guidelines

•Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging applications on Mac

•Prior experience of improving performance of an application

•Mac network programming experience and protocol fundamentals

•Experience in using light weight databases like SQLite

•Good understanding of OOP and design patterns

•Experience working on Agile teams

•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

•Excellent time management, decision making and organization skills

•Must be able to work well with others as part of a team





Preferred Qualifications:



•Prior experience in other platforms (Windows, Linux) and other programming
languages like C++ or Java

•Experience as a Scrum Master or good knowledge of Scrum
