Role Accessibility Tester
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills Expert level knowledge of Section 508 paragraph (a) through (p), providing for accessibility of websites Experience in website accessibility evaluations for web sites (including web applications and mobile web apps) to check conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. Experience working with Web Accessibility Toolkit for Internet Explorer Experience working with other Accessibility Tools for other browsers like Firefox, Chrome and Safari Expert level using shortcuts and keystrokes for JAWS software Experience working with large government agencies performing Section 508 compliance testing and remediation Experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management Experience with HP Quick Test Professional Experience with Government Code WCAG 2.0 Experience conducting accessibility testing Expert level knowledge on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Conformance Double - AA standards. Roles and responsibility Accessibility Test Planning and Preparation Perform test planning, preparation and execution for application that includes the development of a test plan, test cases, and test scripts. The test scripts will be developed in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Also, automated scripts will be developed in Quick Test Professional (QTP) to facilitate quick access to the web pages during various testing phases. *The tasks are as follows:* Develop detailed web accessibility test plans and test schedules Define web accessibility test scenarios, test cases, and test conditions Align test plan, design and execution with the overall IT Enterprise Quality Assurance methodology, standards, policies, and procedures Collaborate with IT and business program support staff to define and document detailed test plans, and Level of Effort assessments for testing the system Set-up and configuration of test tools Execute test scenarios and scripts, track and document defects; provide test results for review and develop test reports Participate as an active member of the testing team to ensure system changes are tested properly and traceable to the documented requirements Support and participate in all other test activities as needed and directed Provide detailed technical knowledge transfer to ETO staff on the planning, preparation, execution Attend and/or facilitate meetings as needed Provide weekly status reports and inform management of any issues that require escalation Understand the solution and technical environments as needed Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Total experience in required skill (years) 4+ years Work Location ATLANTA / Minneapolis Duration 6 months Assignment start date Immediate Ajit Rathore IT Recruiter Email: aj...@sysmind.com Phone:609-897-9670 Extn 2174 Fax: 302-269-7171 Address: 38 Washington Road, Princeton Junction, NJ 08850 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
