We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows Title: *AGILE PRODUCT OWNER (Healthcare industry)* Location: San Franciso Bay Area CA Duration: 12+months As a Product Owner, play a critical role in the successful development of the Agile Web products and overall implementation accountability Community Connectivity Program prioritized products. As a BSA*, *provide technical leadership for major business application development/enhancement projects to ensure business information needs are met. · Ensure integration with other business applications, and consistency with established data/information standards · Analyze workflow, identifying operational issues. Work collaboratively with operations and KPIT staff to implement workflow or system improvements necessary to meet business information needs and user requirements. · Manage the development of user documentation and training materials. Develop content and in some cases provide training for new business applications · Conduct periodic review to identify application improvements needed to support evolving business needs. 70% · Develop applications that combine data from existing sources, tailored to specific user groups business needs. Work with key system users to identify user requirements and continuously improve their ability to access information easily and efficiently. Ensure consistency with established data and application standards 20% · Information analyst duties, e.g. conduct analysis and make recommendations to business unit on findings of analysis 5% · Data analyst duties, e.g., help define business rules applicable to the development of the application 5% *Qualifications* · BS/BA degree or equivalent knowledge and experience. *Preferred Education * · BS/BA in a highly quantitative field preferably in Business, Economics, or Computer Science, · Certified Product Owner or Scrum Master or equivalent knowledge and experience. *Work Experience and Qualifications * · Prior experience with SCRUM · Proven skills in project management, including the following attributes: efficient, collaborative, candid, open, and results-oriented.
