I'm using leafpad/gedit and gcin[1] to input those characters.
The problem is gcin's input table. I'm using Boshiamy input
method and the CJK Ext B's input table is undergoing(not
completely yet).
If you only need few CJK Ext B characters you can use gucharmap[2]
to input(copy&paste) it via system clipboard.
