Sure, will do.

Indeed, but we need to find a Chinese volunteer to do that.  xD
Debian has always depended on teTeX, and it is only since a year
that several tools have been created to create distribution neutral
packages.  Quite a few of these packages still depend on teTeX.

So we'll sort this first out before introducing a new distribution.
