You actually have two problems: one is problem with hyperref, and
another is an encoding problem.

I would really suggest you use UTF-8 instead of GB2312 or any other
deprecated encoding. Make sure your distribution uses the latest CJK
(version 4.7.0) and provides some Chinese fonts in Unicode.
> \usepackage[urlbordercolor={1 1 1}]{hyperref}
In the CJK documentation, you will see a file called "CJK.txt".
There you will see that you need the CJKbookmarks option set.
\usepackage[urlbordercolor={1 1 1},CJKbookmarks=true]{hyperref}
If you use UTF-8, use this instead:
\usepackage[unicode]{hyperref}
> %\date{二〇〇六年六月}
Use 零 instead of 〇. The "zero" doesn't exist in GB2312. Besides,
零 is a much cooler character. ;)
It's available in UTF-8, however. Time to switch, I'd say.
