It's very simple.  Either just copy and paste the three characters
from the emails here into your editor (which should use UTF-8 encoding
for your input file).  Alternatively, use the \Unicode command to
enter them:

  \Unicode{"79}{"E6}\Unicode{"59}{"CB}\Unicode{"76}{"87}
