While I'm maintaining the CJK package, I'm not involved in the
development of xCJK and other packages related to the handling of CJK
scripts with XeTeX.
Since you apparently got no answer I suggest that you contact the
author(s) directly, probably CCing to the list so that others can
benefit. I would be glad to see discussions of CJK stuff for XeTeX on
this list too -- or does another list exist?
