I, personally, don't even notice the spot on show dogs. I couldn't possibly
tell you which champions/show dogs have it and which do not as I just don't
take notice. However I do notice it on puppies as many pet people
specifically request it and nearly all of them ask about it!
There are some judges that take notice, but most don't seem to care at all.
