I don't know about the neutering but if they breed their dog/bitch while a breeding restriction is in effect, you don't need to hire a lawyer. I've had it happen and I fought it in Small Claims Court and I won. Now mind you, I wanted the bitch back but the judge pointed out that that was not mentioned in my kennel contract so he awarded me damages. Needless to say I went home and changed the wording of my contracts. -- Brigitte Falch Kibergo Cavaliers Reg'd Maple Ridge, BC, Canada [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://alescosys.com/kibergo ========================================================= "Magic Commands": to stop receiving mail for awhile, click here and send the email: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?body=SET%20CKCS-L%20NOMAIL to start it up gain click here: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?body=SET%20CKCS-L%20MAIL E-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] for assistance.
