Dear Ellen,
If you like the puppies, keep them.  The white on the toes usually goes or
covers, and the chest usually doesn't grow as the puppy does, so it keeps
getting smaller in relationship, plus the upper chest hairs will cover it as
long as the white is at or below the chest bone.
