Jean, Once again, Thanks for the update. I have to say i am somewhat glad he didn't show up. I mean it will probably make the charges easier to stick on the turkey....!!

Now we wait for the hearing officer to make recommendations to the District Attorney as to what charges. I will let you know what I hear anything more. We just have to wait.
