The dog who is throwing up alot could have an intestinal blockage - get her to the vet. The dog with the retained teeth - I've had success with the blimple chew bones from Borda (sp), and of course you should gently manuver the baby teeth everyday with your fingers. According to my vet, baby teeth should be pulled by age 6 months and yes, they have to be sedated.
