I'll let someone else answer the vomitting part but as to retained puppy teeth,
I think I'm the expert LOL
Out of 5 puppies I'm running on, 4 had to have extractions (from 1 canine on one
pup to 10 on another).  Now I wait until puppy is at least 6 months old before I
decide on this procedure because I keep hoping they will fall out on their own.
If you are planning on showing this puppy, you may have to bite the bullet and
have those teeth extracted but I think you could still wait a couple of months
to see if they'll come out on their own.
If this is a pet then wait until you take her in to be neutered and do the teeth
then.
