Winnie, You want breeders to be able to offer healthy cavaliers for companions (that look pretty too), but you want to prevent us from making the best choices possible to get that result.
How can I do that if I'm prevented from making the best choice possible for my bitch? I health test and I would only breed to a health tested dog.....but people with your attitude want to tie my hands! Let me be able to have more choices of who to breed to. I resent that this acceptance hinges on the companion owner vote. You give me the tools to work with......I'll produce you the result you want!!!
