Hi Rik , 
     Some code for CKRM is available on SuSE linux 
     sources. CPU , NUMTASKS and Network(socketclass)
     controllers are present in SUSE 9 sp1
     as what i see.

     But on RHEL 4.0 GA i dont see single CKRM source
     file. Can u please let me know if it is avaible
     completely as patch ? Please let me know more
     on this.
