Hi, Pau and Greg Thank you for your information with the snapshot, Pau.
I checked out r11310 and just compiled both the CLAM and the plugin in my Mac OS X 10.5.2 again. Still, it gave the same error when I use the SDIFDatabaseProcessing. Greg, can I know your last working environment last summer when you programmed your plugin? Since Mac OS X 10.5.2 might be a problem and tonight I will try the new rev11310 on my friend's Mac OS X 10.4.9. I noticed some warning when some SDIF-related classes were being compiled: == Compiling shared scons/libs/processing/src/BufferedSDIFFileReader.cxx scons/libs/processing/src/BufferedSDIFFileReader.cxx: In member function 'void CLAM::BufferedSDIFFileReader::Run()': scons/libs/processing/src/BufferedSDIFFileReader.cxx:228: warning: comparison between signed and unsigned integer expressions scons/libs/processing/src/LoopingSDIFFileReader.cxx: In member function 'int CLAM::LoopingSDIFFileReader::ChooseLoopRandomly(int, int)': scons/libs/processing/src/LoopingSDIFFileReader.cxx:143: warning: comparison between signed and unsigned integer expressions But I am sure if that is the problem. By the way, I replied to you question for my C++ experience in my GSoC application page. Please let me know if you have more questions ( or comments on my proposal / comments ). Thanks!
