Petr, I am concerned that the milter stops running. I use it on RH9 inconjunction with spamass-milter (the C one not the one in Perl) and a number of site checks (e.g. spamhaus.org) and it runs fine for me. I also have it on FreeBSD4.8, Yellow-Dog Linux (Linux/PPC) and MACOS/X (though I admit I haven't checked that platform recently). So I'd like some indications of exactly the symptoms you're seeing and what you have in your config because it all works fine for me.
