I run multiple AV scanners in parallel here including ClamAV and F-Prot. It's extremely rare that F-Prot detects something that ClamAV missed but very common the other way round. I'd suspect that something is wrong with your configuration, or is it possible that your Imail servers are being connected to directly from the Internet, bypassing the Clam servers ?
