This build of clamAV isn't keeping up any more. I suspect that Nigel has 
gotten busy with real work and hasn't had the time, and no one else has 
stepped in to help maintain it. Volunteers?

That said, you might try one of the other Windows builds:

SOSDG uses CYGWIN, which some people dislike as not "truly native" Windows. 
CYGWIN an emulation layer. The other two, in theory, use a common codebase and 
should be generally the same version.

Having used pretty much all the Windows builds at one point or another, SOSDG 
seems to get new versions turned around the quickest most of the time--this 
being one exception. Brielle did warn us that there would be a break for about 
6 weeks this time. I don't find that CYGWIN slows it down any compared to the 
other builds, but I also do not like the directory structure that it uses. Even 
so, it's what my server is running now since it was the newest version the last 
time I needed to do an upgrade.
