Today is move-in day!! We are seeing problems with the MacOS CCA Agent auto-starting once it has been installed on MacBook and MacBookPro systems. We are on CCA Version 4.1.2, MacOS CCA Agent 4.1.2.0
Once the Mac Agent in installed and a user either logs out or shuts down the system, at the next login, the CCA-Agent no longer appears on the top menu bar. The agent can still be located using Spotlight in /Library/Applications Support/Cisco Systems/CCAagent. The work around appears to be either to create a desktop shortcut or to add it to the account's Login Items so it will auto-start via the System Preferences. The question is why is the Mac CCA-Agent not auto-starting after the initial installation? Bill Davis Network Security Administrator Housing Technology Colorado State University [EMAIL PROTECTED]
