This issue has been identified by Cisco as a new bug and notice of a second
bug regarding the download file.  I got the following info from Cisco:

   CSCsk11463 --> 4.1.2.0 Mac agent does not start on login

   Also, I found another issue while testing which I will attach to this case.

   CSCsk11468 --> CAS offers Mac agent for download as CCAAgentMacOSX.tar.gz.tar
