Cat, We've been running 12.2(37)SE. I would expect anything newer to have the fixes too.
We were one if Cisco's first Clean Access customers. Due to customizations over the years, the Clean Access database became extremely corrupted. We could not manage 3750's Out-of-Band, even with the proper IOS. I completely rebuilt our system by have, not importing any data. Things have been running great for the past year. If you can control some 3750 stacks and not others, this may not be your problem. There was a version released in December 2006 that fixed an SNMP bug in 3750 switch stacks. It would change the Vlans on the wrong port :( I was running 3750s In-Band until this bug was fixed.
