Bradley,
Are you doing OOB? If so, are you blocking 8905/udp and 8906/udp on the
access VLAN ACL? If you don't do that it will cause symptoms similar to
what you're describing.

to be anything in the logs about an authentication attempt (passed or
failed), it is just as if they just got redirected to the login page.

We did make the jump to 4.1.6 , but I don’t think the code is
inherently broken, I think it is my setup… I have deleted/recreated
the login page thinking it may be just strange, but I don’t know where
else to go… it almost seems as if my CAS isn’t even attempting
authentication.
