We have an open TAC with Cisco for an issue that may come up for other institutions and I wanted to give everyone a heads up about it for the fall semester. We are running 4.1.2.1 on the manager and upgraded to 4.1.3.2 for the Windows agent in order to be able to do AV updates in Vista. We had also been testing the 4.1.3.1 Mac agent. Once we moved to the 4.1.3.2 version of the Windows Agent, the manager started presenting users with the Mac client with an update notice. Nothing will make the notice stop coming up, not updating, not reinstalling, nothing. Unfortunately this has halted our limited pilot for the Mac agent and our Mac users are still stuck with having to log in to the web interface continually (a long standing gripe for them).
We've had the TAC in with Cisco for about a month now; I'll post their response 
once I get it...
