Hi Bruce -
It wasn't connected but we did reboot the server. What is weird is that it obviously recognized the addition of a USB device but recognized it as a drive(?!?). Our IP KVM is Avocent so maybe it's just how they work. I know that it expects to do both mouse and keyboard over one connection - that may be the issue there. Still, it doesn't make sense to me. I have a TAC open using our model (CCA 3140 appliances) and version (4.1.3) but so far haven't heard much. Thanks for the input though. That really bites about the installer! - Sean ---- Sean Hennessey Networking and Information Security Systems Administrator The University of Portland From: Cisco Clean Access Users and Administrators [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Osborne, Bruce W. You _need_ PS/2 keyboard to install from the CD. Cisco's version of the anaconda installer only seems to support PS/2 or serial :( Bruce Osborne Liberty University
