We have updated to the 4.5 cam/cas/client. The mac version seems to work fairly well. The only issue we had was some people annoyed that the new version requires 10.4 or newer. The caveat I noticed is the matrix on Cisco's website states that the mac version supports iphone/itouch it does not seem to work correctly. So for the moment we are still doing exceptions.
