Has anyone else had problems with this check? I believe it started after the latest Update Tuesday. For XP machines, one of these jscript version checks looks for version 5.9 or higher - but there IS no version 5.9 of jscript.dll. The Vista check looks at the file *date*. However, we have quite a few machines with KB971961 installed correctly, but the date on the jscript.dll file in system32 is NOT updated. If you look at its version date, it reports as 5.8.xxxx, but its modified date is wrong. There *is* a version of jscript.dll with the correct date on the system, but it's in an SXS folder. (If I remember correctly...) Are we the only ones?
