mandriva linux 2.6.29.6

I have a student running mandriva linux 2.6.29.6, and Clean Access (4.1.6 
CAM/CAS) is detecting it as a Windows variant, when either Firefox or 
Konqueror browers are used. The OS detection tool on the CAS says Windows 
98! The problem is the the CAM wants him to install the Windows Agent. Has 
anyone come across this problem?
