I hope they get this fixed soon. I'm not a huge fan of the Cisco hotfix checks. We were going to upgrade to 4.7.1 on Monday when our student are on winter break but now I'm thinking we should wait until this is resolved. Thanks for posting this.

We have four (and counting) 64-bit Windows Vista clients (2 Home Premium and 2 Ultimate) failing with an error that we have never seen before. We have checked the system and there are no updates available for the update agent or any other critical updates available.
