SSL cert renewal

I'm working on renewing our certs with IPSCA since their CA is set to expire on 
Dec 29.  Any particular order I should do this...CAM then CAS??  Or, CAS then 
CAM??  Also, after completing the import of the requests, I just wanted to 
confirm that you still want to import the CAM cert on the CAS as a backup and 
import the CAS cert on the CAM??
