Hi, One thing, don't use iLO to mount CD images. With iLO the installer/upgrader doesn't recognize the disks correctly and leaves you with a blank system. I found this out the hard way once. Since then we still use iLO with actual CD's in the drives. Other than that upgrading from 4.1.x to (interim 4.6(1) to 4.7(x) worked like a charm for us.
