Windows XP and KB975713

I've had two several machines running Windows XP (seen mostly on netbooks) that 
are failing the Windows Update scan.  The Clean Access report shows they are 
missing KB975713.  After installing this KB manually and re-authenticating they 
still fail with the same scan results.  Is anyone else seeing this?
