Yes, I had a case of this reported to me today as well. It was on an XP netbook. I checked the dll that the check is looking for (can't remember which one it was) and the file date it was checking for was correct on the pc, but the check still failed. I was going to have a tech investigate it more (thinking it was most likely an issue with the pc), but if others are seeing it, it's probably a nac issue. I've had two several machines running Windows XP (seen mostly on netbooks) that are failing the Windows Update scan. The Clean Access report shows they are missing KB975713.
