Server not available on network - Windows 7

Doing an intial deployment of Cleann access 4.8.2, All XP machines work 
perfectly but then I test a Windows 7 machine I get the "Server not 
available on network.." error. same vlan, swithes and ports as XP. I can 
get to the web pages to install the agens, I can pin the CAS server, I 
have removed Symantec and shut down the firewall and ICS. Any other ideas?
