We recently upgraded to 4.8.2 to get support for OSX 10.7 (Lion), and our
MAC_ALL workaround for iOS stopped working as well. It appears as though
iOS/Mobile Safari is no longer getting identified as MAC_ALL because I get
"Login page is not configured..." If I setup an ALL page I get a login prompt,
but then am presented w/ "Invalid provider name" error.

Has anyone seen this behavior or figured out how to get iOS working again?

Check under your User Pages to see if the option to "Use web client to detect
MAC address and Operating System." is selected. We user separate user pages for
different devices and the iOS devices fall under the MAC_ALL classification for
NAC.
