We're having trouble with SE 4 as well.
That's the main thing. AVG 12 was a problem too We just don't deploy clients
very often.

We're at 4.8.1.3 at the moment client side. Not sure about the server. I
don't actually administer to it. I was just trying to get some info to put a
bug in someone's ear as it is a pain from a support standpoint.

Tell me more about the compliance manager? Is that the server? Please pardon
my ignorance.
I believe we are set for "any AV" for faculty, staff and students.

Brad,

I do not think what you are looking for is possible. That acutally kind of
goes against the way that this software is designed. What specific app are
having trouble with right now the only one I have issue with is Security
Essentials V4 which there is a custom check avaible for. I also have issue
with Webroot V8 which is detected but the def date and version are not.

Also what cam/cas version are you running? This matters becuase if you
have 4.8.2 and higher you may need to make sure that you apply the latest
Compliance module version 3.5.771.2 this will ensure you have the most up
to date detections.

Last question I have is does the check you are running use the "any"
option for supported av or are you looking only for certain applications?
