We tried both ways on a compatible operating system check requirement and it
did not go through. I think I should check the rest of our requirements.

I have not opened a case yet. We have only had one student report an issue at
his point without letting us look at it. I was hoping that it would just work
for us and that maybe his issue was he couldn’t get the agent to install in
Metro.

Thanks,

That is my experience too.

I adjusted our posture from using the agent with "windows all" to using all the
grandular settings instead, eg windows xp, windows 7, etc. thus we are
currently letting windows 8 sneak by without the agent, since it is not working
as you mentioned.

Have you opened a TAC case yet?

I'd be intrested in a formal resolution if you get one.

Thanks.

probably be a rules update and a new clean access agent

Oct 25 Windows 8 will be here. In our testing the machine can get on
the network but throws some errors with the client or ActiveX depending on
mode. Any reports on Win 8 Support with CCA?
