Hi Todd,

Could you let me know the compliance module version and Windows 8 edition in
your environment?

TAC told me there is a bug that Windows 8 enterprise is not seen by NAC agent
properly(CSCub96290 fixed in 4.9.2.7). I also have a Windows 8 Pro but it is
showing as Windows 8 RTM in agent report:

User: xxxx Operating System: Windows 8 RTM Professional x64 Agent
Version: 4.9.1.13 Compliance Module Version: 3.5.2461.2 Agent Type:
Windows

The user can log in via NAC agent but the report is very confusing..

Thanks!

The 4.9.1 and 4.9.2 release notes say only support Windows 8 RTM/Pre-release. I
tested Windows 8 Enterprise Edition and it is recognized as Windows All. It
does recognize the Windows 8 RTM version fine. Do you guys also see this issue?

Anyone else seeing this? We have Client 4.9.1.13 installed and suddenly our
WIN8 machines are popping up the message “Agent User Operating System is no
Supported”. Looks like a Windows 8 update and the client are suddenly no liking
each other.
