Perhaps we can find a way to produce two jars with just one pom.xml and
one or two assembly.xml files. We type mvn package, magic happens and
we have two artifacts: one identical to the current Jena jar and one which is
a Jena OSGi bundle (which Clerezza could use as it is).

This way we could satisfy the needs of the two different type of users.

It is not my intention to "disrupt" the current building/publishing system at
this point in time. (Same reason why I did put the current OSGi stuff in a
profile which you need to activate if you want it to kick in).

At the moment, I am just interested in understanding what are the possibilities
here.
