Clerezza should return date values normalized to UTC

When Clerezza serializes a date value it uses the local timezone of the server.
This should be changed to be always UTC.
Reason is that in clustered environments you don't want different output
depending on the local time zone of the server where Clerezza is running. The
same issue came up in Stanbol (STANBOL-72) and since Stanbol relies on Clerezza
this may be something that should be addressed by Clerezza, too.
