Hello All, I'm trying to compile a Pure x86_64 system using book SVN-20070910-x86_64-Pure64. However when I install Binutils-2.18 it is not putting libiberty.a in the correct directory /usr/lib. Instead it creates /usr/lib64 and places /usr/lib64/libiberty.a there. If I move libiberty.afrom /usr/lib64/libiberty.a to /usr/lib. Will this compromise my build ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
